Our experienced bike taxi drivers are also mountain bikers, ensuring you'll receive great advice and won't waste any time waiting for others. BIKE TRANSPORT Let us handle the transportation as we transfer you and your bikes to any mountain bike destination around Queenstown and Central Otago. Travel in comfort and peace of mind knowing that your bikes will be well taken care of throughout the trip. Destinations include Alexandra, Glendhu Bay, Dunstan trail and more. We are happy to stop for refreshments at a local brewery at the end of the day! Cancellation Policy
•Up until 10 days prior to the date and time of travel customers may change or cancel the booking. Between 10 days and 3 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. •Cancellations made within 3 days prior to tour departure will not be refunded. •The Ride Guide may cancel inside 24 hours of your ride due to weather or trail conditions. If this happens you will get a full refund and the option to rebook. •Please note that some of the trails you have booked may not be available due to trail and weather conditions on the day or if you fail to meet the skill level required for a particular trail. SAFETY TERMS There are inherent risks, dangers and hazards in adventure activities, which includes cycling and mountain biking. We will endeavor to make your trip as safe as possible, but not all risks, dangers and hazards can be anticipated or avoided. Please read the terms & conditions on the booking page.
