WHAT DOES THE RIDE GUIDE QUEENSTOWN OFFER? The best mountain biking Queenstown has to offer, mtb lessons for all levels, bike shuttles for independent mountain bikers and bike taxi if you need transport for you and your bikes. If your group are all at different levels we'll make sure everyone has a great time. Our guides are skilled and trained in the case of an emergency. They carry emergency and first aid equipment as well as basic bike repair tools and supplies. All our trips are private so we don't offer any shared group rides. We're open every day from September to May. (except xmas day)

DO YOU RENT BIKES? We provide high-quality full-suspension bike rental from local bike shops including e-bikes and range extenders. We can pick them up, drop them off and provide storage if required.  When you book a trip please add it to the cart and then go to the bike rental and add your bikes to the cart before checking out. Please give us as much notice as possible as bikes can sometimes be hard to find at short notice.

CAN YOU TAKE LARGE GROUPS? Looking for an action packed adventure with your group of friends? Check out the GROUPS page for prices and availability for 7-12 people. Email us and we can start planning for any group size!

DO YOU DO MULTI-DAY TRIPS? Please get in touch if you're planning a multi-day trip. We can transport you and your bikes anywhere in the South Island. Multi-day trips based in Queenstown can include Skyline bike park, Glendhu and Cardrona bike parks, Alexandra, shuttles of Coronet Peak and many more lesser-known trails. We can even include heli-biking and advise on great bike-friendly accommodation options in Queenstown.

WHAT DO TRIPS COST? All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST 15%. Prices vary per person depending on the size of your group. For example a half day trip for 6 people will cost $140 per person. If you want to add bike rental prices start at $107. Please choose a trip to check availability and prices.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? If we have to cancel due to weather you'll get a full 100% refund. If you have to cancel you'll get a full refund less 3% bank fees until 10 days prior to the trip. Between 3 days and 10 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. There are no refunds within 3 days of your trip.

DO I HAVE TO BE A VERY GOOD RIDER? We pride ourselves on offering mountain bike adventures for riders of all levels. Use our handy link to rate your skills and let us know your level when you book your trip.

DO YOU HAVE ANY JOBS THIS SEASON? We have part time jobs available this season. All our guides must have the following qualifications: PHEC medical certificate & NZQA Level 5 Mountain bike guiding qualification or equivalent. Passenger class drivers licence with 2 years NZ drivers licence is required to drive our shuttles and bike taxi service.

If you have any other questions please get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.
