Cancellation Policy
-Customers may change their booking date and time up until 7 days before the trip. -Up until 10 days prior to the trip customers may cancel the booking and receive a full refund less 3% for credit card and Paypal processing. -Between 3 days and 10 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. -Cancellations made within 3 days prior to tour departure will not be refunded. -The Ride Guide may cancel inside 24 hours of your ride due to weather or trail conditions. If this happens you will get a full refund and the option to rebook. Please note that some of the trails you have booked may not be available due to trail and weather conditions on the day or if you fail to meet the skill level required for a particular trail. SAFETY TERMS There are inherent risks, dangers and hazards in adventure activities, which includes cycling and mountain biking.
