Ride the Dunstan trail from Old Cromwell to Clyde.
Return trip from Queenstown includes bikes, transport and plenty of time for cafes, wineries and pubs. Also optional 30-60 minute skills lesson near the start with focus on improving basic skills and safety. The Dunstan trail is the newest jewel in the crown of Central Otago trail rides. We start from the Cromwell Heritage Precinct and you ride about 40 km of jaw dropping scenery and engineering to finish in beautiful historic Clyde. There are a couple of great cafes/pubs to choose in Clyde for your well earned refreshments before heading back to Queenstown. Please note this trip is completely private for up to 6 people. Because the group is private we can customise the trip to suit your needs. Just let us know what you would like and we will do our best to make it happen. Your guide can give a quick e-bike lesson at the start of the trip and start you on your ride from the Cromwell end. Then they will meet you at the Clyde end. You will not be guided for the entire journey. WHAT TO BRING: Bring adequate clothing for back country riding and be prepared for all types of weather. Helmets must be worn and are included with bike rentals. HEALTH & FITNESS You must have a reasonable level of fitness even on an e-bike. If you have any medical conditions please advise us before the trip. CANCELLATIONS -The Ride Guide may cancel inside 24 hours of your ride due to weather or trail conditions. If this happens you will get a full refund and the option to rebook. -Up until 10 days prior to the trip customers may cancel the booking and receive a full refund less 3% for credit card and Paypal processing. -Between 3 days and 10 days, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. -Cancellations made within 3 days prior to tour departure will not be refunded. Please note that some of the trails you have booked may not be available due to trail and weather conditions on the day or if you fail to meet the skill level required for a particular trail. SAFETY TERMS There are inherent risks, dangers and hazards in adventure activities, which includes cycling and mountain biking.
