Peak to Pinot Ultimate Adventure

Thrills ✔ Adventure ✔ Scenery ✔ Food ✔ Wine ✔

Peak to Pinot is Queenstown mountain biking at its absolute best — a bucket-list journey that seamlessly blends iconic gravity trails, backcountry singletrack, a historic town, jaw-dropping scenery, and a vineyard finish. It’s big, bold, flexible, and unforgettable. Start high on Coronet Peak with the legendary Rude Rock — 3km of downhill magic carved into rugged alpine terrain. You’ll follow the natural contours of the mountain, dropping fast through rocky slopes with views that stop you in your tracks. Intermediate riders can start from Morning Glory, linking smooth, flowy singletrack into Bush Creek. From here, the ride opens into classic Queenstown backcountry — gentle pedalling along historic water races before a thrilling descent drops you straight into Arrowtown. We pause here for a well-earned break — time to wander the streets, grab refreshments, and reset before the next chapter. From Arrowtown, the scenery shifts again. You’ll roll alongside the Arrow River, cross multiple suspension bridges, and pass the original bungy bridge — close enough to hear the countdowns as jumpers leap below. The final stretch flows effortlessly through the Gibbston Valley vineyards, with optional technical trail add-ons overlooking the turquoise waters of the Kawarau River for those who want one last hit of spice. Then comes the reward. A delicious Valley Platter paired with a tasting of five Mount Rosa wines, all included. No rushing. No logistics. Just vineyard vibes and stories from an epic day — before we drive you comfortably back to your accommodation. ________________________________________ Riding with non-mountain bikers?
