Our signature full day trip with options for everyone!
Thrills ✔ Adventure ✔ Scenery ✔ Food ✔ Wine ✔ The Peak to Pinot Ultimate Adventure is Queenstown mountain biking at its absolute best. An unforgettable journey blending iconic gravity trails, backcountry singletrack, historic Arrowtown, jaw-dropping scenery, and a vineyard finish. RUDE ROCK - Grade 4 Start Begin high on Coronet Peak with the legendary Rude Rock - 3km of downhill magic carved into rugged alpine terrain. Follow the mountain’s natural contours, dropping fast through rocky slopes with views big enough to stop you mid-ride. MORNING GLORY - Grade 3 Start From Rude Rock, the trail transitions to flowing singletrack and classic Queenstown backcountry. Spin along the historic water race before a thrilling descent delivers you straight into Arrowtown. WHAREHUANUI - Grade 2 Ride from Arthurs Point along the Wharehuanui trail beneath Coronet Peak all the way to Arrowtown. ARROWTOWN Take a well-earned pause. Stroll the historic streets, enjoy a coffee or a snack, and recharge for the final stretch. (Scenic riders can link up here for the Arrow Gorge to Wineries section.) ARROW GORGE Roll beside the Arrow River, cross suspension bridges, and pass the original bungy bridge close enough to hear the countdown as jumpers leap below. The final stretch flows through the vineyards of Gibbston Valley, with an optional technical add-on overlooking the turquoise Kawarau River for anyone wanting one last hit of spice. GIBBSTON VALLEY Soak up the vineyard vibes with a delicious platter and wine tasting, relive the day’s best moments, and then relax while we drive you back to your accommodation. INCLUDED: All transport Partially guided (from Arrowtown to bungy bridge you will ride on your own) Winery platter and wine tasting EXCLUSIONS: When you book you will get an option in the add-ons to choose your bike. You can skip the add-ons if you're bringing your own bike. Here are our recommendations: Grade 3 and 4 fit - mountain bikers looking to make the most of the down hill and enjoy a bit of a work out through the Gorge to the wineries - Choose full suspension Premium Analogue or High roller. Grade 3 and 4 relaxed - If you want to the cruisy part of the day to be more relaxed you can do the whole thing on EMTB. Grade 2 - If you are choosing the grade 2 option that cuts out all the downhill we recommend a hard tail Ebike. You can choose full suspension EMTB if you just love full suspension.
